We are dedicated to delivering your bonsai orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether the destination is a remote location. We deliver bonsai tools and accessories in whole Europe. We also deliver Bonsai trees with a maximum height of 40 cm throw whole Europe.
Order Confirmation
You will be given a order number immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you an email confirmation including all of the information you have submitted on your order.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation.
Substitution Policy
Due to various conditions bonsai varieties or colors may not be available. It is possible that the exact bonsai pictured or requested may not be available for delivery. In this event, we will deliver the same or a different bonsai of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of the bonsai tree.
If a particular type of bonsai tree is not available any more. We will give you an refund or you can choose a other bonsai tree.
Shipping Time
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. Generally we deliver orders between 4 – 7 working days.
Shipping Cost
We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. The shipping cost for most items is based on a fixed price. Shipping cost inside Europe is 19,95 euro.
Returns Policy
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you ordered from Bonsaiwereld does not meet your expectations, simply return it by mail within 7 days of receiving it. The return shipping cost is for your own charge.
CAUTION: Bonsai trees can’t be returned because this is a product of nature. Sending a bonsai back will damage the quality of the bonsai. You can only return Bonsai accessories in the original package.
